交易兩邊經(jīng)計劃承諾按下列條件拍板：

Incaseofqualitydiscrepancy，claimshouldbefiledbytheBuyerwithin30daysafterthearrivalofthegoodsatportofdestination，whileforquantitydiscrepancy，claimshouldbefiledbytheBuyerwithin15daysafterthearrivalofthegoodsatportofdestination.ItisunderstoodthattheSellershallnotbeliableforanydiscrepancyofthegoodsshippedduetocausesforwhichtheInsuranceCompany，ShippingCompany，otherTransportationOrganization/orPostOfficeareliable.
11.因為發(fā)新人力不行抵擋的因為，以致本合約不許實行，局部或十足商品耽擱交貨，賣方概不控制。本公約所指的不行抗力系指不行干涉、不許制止且不能克復(fù)的客觀情景。
TheSellershallnotbeheldresponsibleforfailureordelayindeliveryoftheentirelotoraportionofthegoodsunderthisSalesContractinconsequenceofanyForceMajeureincidentswhichmightoccur.ForceMajeureasreferredtointhiscontractmeansunforeseeable，unavoidableandinsurmountableobjectiveconditions.
12.評斷(Arbitration)：
因凡本公約惹起的或與本公約相關(guān)的任何爭議，即使計劃不許處置，應(yīng)提交華夏國際財經(jīng)交易評斷委員會深圳分會。依照請求評斷時該會其時實行的評斷準則舉行評斷。評斷判決是結(jié)果的，對兩邊均有牽制力。
AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththeSalesContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiation.Incasenosettlementcanbereached，thedisputeshallthenbesubmittedtoChinaInternationalEconomicandTradeArbitrationCommission(CIETAC)，ShenzheCommissionforarbitrationinaccordancewithitsrulesineffectatthetimeofapplyingforarbitration.Thearbitralawardisfinalandbindinguponbothparties.
13.報告(Notices)：
一切報告用___文寫成，并依照如次地方用傳真/電子郵件/快件投遞給各方。即使地方有變換，一方應(yīng)在變換后___日內(nèi)書面報告另一方。
