18評斷：
在實行和議進程中，如爆發爭議，兩邊應和睦計劃處置。若經過和睦計劃未能完畢和議，則提交華夏國際交易激動委員會對外交易評斷委員會，按照該會評斷步調暫行規則舉行評斷。該委員會確定是結果的，對兩邊均有牽制力。評斷用度，除另有規則外，由敗訴一方承擔。

5.付款payment
訂單確認之后，乙方須依照相關確認書所規則的功夫開立以甲方為受益人的保兌的、不行廢除的即期斷定證。乙方開出斷定證后，應登時報告甲方，再不甲方籌備交貨。

6.回傭commission
在本和議期滿時，若乙方實行了第二款所規則的數額，甲方應按裝運貨色所收到的發單累計總金額付給乙方*%的回傭。

7.商場情景匯報reportsonmarketconditions
乙方每3個月向甲方供給一次相關其時商場情景和用戶看法的精細匯報。同聲，乙方應隨時向甲方供給其余供給商的一致商品樣本及其價錢、出賣情景和告白材料。

8.傳播告白用度advertising&publicityexpenses
在本和議靈驗期內，乙方在上述經銷地域所作告白傳播的十足用度，由乙方自理。乙方須事前向甲方供給傳播告白的圖案及文證明，由甲方審查承諾。

9.和議靈驗期validityofagreement
本和議經兩邊簽后奏效，靈驗期為天，自至。若一方蓄意延遲本和議，則須在本和議期滿前1個月書面報告另一方，經兩邊計劃確定。
若和議一方未實行和議條件，另一方有權中斷和議。
