聯(lián)合國是一個(gè)國際性組織，于1945年成立，現(xiàn)有會(huì)員國193個(gè)。聯(lián)合國的宗旨和工作以《聯(lián)合國***》中規(guī)定的機(jī)構(gòu)目標(biāo)和原則為出發(fā)點(diǎn)。聯(lián)合國有六個(gè)主要機(jī)關(guān)：大會(huì)、安全理事會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)及社會(huì)理事會(huì)、托管理事會(huì)、國際法院和秘書處，均設(shè)立于1945年聯(lián)合國成立之時(shí)。
